What are the three fields?

1. Your name (a first name is fine)
2. The best way to reach you: email or phone, whichever you prefer
3. A line or two about your business, or what you would like to talk about (optional)

That is the whole form. No revenue dropdowns, no "how did you hear about us." Please do not attach or paste financials. Nothing financial changes hands until we have talked and a confidentiality agreement is signed.

What happens after you write?

1. I read it myself. Nobody else does.
2. I reply personally to set up a 30-minute call at a time that suits you, evenings included, or answer your question if that is all you wanted.
3. On the call I tell you plainly whether your business looks like a fit.
4. If it does, and you want to keep going, I send a short confidentiality agreement before I ask for any numbers.
5. If it does not, I say so, and where I can I suggest someone better suited. Your message goes no further.

• Owners of a Boise or Treasure Valley business with $1 million or more in revenue who are thinking about selling, now or in a few years.
• CPAs, attorneys, bankers, and wealth advisors with a client who might fit. Start with no names. The for advisors page explains how we handle introductions, confidentiality, and fees.
• Business brokers with a listing in Boise or the wider Treasure Valley that fits what I buy.
• Anyone who knows an owner and thinks we should talk.

Where am I?

Boise, Idaho. I meet owners anywhere in Boise and the Treasure Valley, and further out in southwest Idaho: at your place after hours, a coffee shop in your town, or by phone if that is easier.
